Young Minds, Old Souls Project: I am looking for suggestions of songs appropriate for the mid-childhood years - roughly grades 3-6, a sorely neglected age bracket. The music and performance must be truly good, and the songs must be 'thinking' songs - no kiddie stuff. Examples would be songs written for grownups but that are child appropriate. Especially welcome are songs from independent artists who might be willing to work with me. I hope to compile these into a CD, and seek help with production.
